    Hello

Welcome to another tutorial of mine, I'm now going to tell you how to rename a .mpet the right way.

Make sure you know how to open a .mpetfile before starting this, you can read more about this here http://miniaturepets.net/threads/how-to-open-a-mpet-file.14/.

Now that that's is out of the way lets begin :)

    Step 1
I'm going to be using one of my own pets for this tutorial. I am using my baby ghast pet. You can download it here http://miniaturepets.net/resources/baby-ghast.26/. You can use any pet you like.

Once you have downloaded the pet you want you can now just rename the .mpet file to whatever.
I will be changing mine from Ghast.mpet to BabyGhast.mpet

    Step 2
You might think we are done but no, if you try and use the pet, it won't load, the mpet plugin won't be able to read it.
We now have to open the .mpet file and change Name.yml to NewName.yml. Remember, it is case sensitive!

Example, I will be changing Ghast.yml to BabyGhast.yml.

And we are done! Now if you drag and drop the mpet file into the pet folder and now the mpet plugin will be able to read it. Hopefully, you were able to do this with no problems.

    Kind regards
    Bailey
